Terms and Conditions Last Updated: October 2026 Business Name: AZ Crafts Website: https://azcrafts.co.uk Welcome to AZ Crafts Furniture. By accessing our website, purchasing our products (including sofas, sofa beds, dining tables, coffee tables, beds, and mattresses), or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. 1. Introduction & General Terms 1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of furniture and home accessories made by AZ Crafts Furniture to consumers within the United Kingdom. 1.2 By placing an order with us, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years of age. 1.3 We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will apply to any orders placed after the date of the update. 2. Orders and Acceptance 2.1 All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and product availability. 2.2 Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. However, a legally binding contract is only formed when we dispatch the goods or confirm your order processing. 2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. 3. Pricing and Payment 3.1 All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (£ GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT (where applicable). 3.2 We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure online payment methods available at checkout. 3.3 Full payment must be received and cleared before goods are dispatched for delivery. 4. Delivery 4.1 We offer Free Shipping All Over the UK as advertised on our platform. 4.2 Delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate. While we strive to deliver your furniture promptly, unforeseen logistical delays may occasionally occur. 4.3 Please ensure that delivery pathways, stairwells, and room entrances are clear and wide enough to accommodate your purchased furniture items (e.g., large corner sofas or bed frames) prior to the delivery team's arrival. 4.4 Risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you upon successful delivery. 5. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds 5.1 Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. 5.2 To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. 5.3 Made-to-order or custom-built products (such as specific fabric or size configurations chosen for sofas and beds) may be exempt from standard cancellation rights unless they are faulty. 5.4 If you wish to return an item, please contact our support team. Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is proven to be faulty or misdescribed upon delivery. 6. Product Warranties and Faulty Goods 6.1 All products supplied by AZ Crafts Furniture comply with the standards mandated by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. 6.2 If your furniture arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing fault, you must notify us within a reasonable timeframe (ideally within 48 hours of delivery for transit damages) with supporting photographic evidence. 6.3 Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions provided with the furniture. 7. Limitation of Liability 7.1 AZ Crafts Furniture will not be held liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of our products. 7.2 Nothing in these terms shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. 8. Privacy and Data Protection 8.1 We respect your privacy and process your personal information in accordance with UK Data Protection laws and the UK GDPR. 8.2 Information collected during your visit or checkout (such as your name, email, and shipping address) is used strictly to fulfill your orders and improve your shopping experience. 9. Governing Law 9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
